Week 1 Weigh-in

I went to my meeting on Tuesday night to weight in and was very suprised with the results. I was down 3.4 pounds! Yay Me! I didn't feel like I was on track 100 percent all week long but I must have done something right. I'm still working on getting that picture up. This weeks goal is to be active whether it be on the elliptical or working around the house. So far I've done okay with my diet minus last night. I had a date night with my hubby. I know it's no excuse. Keeping my fingers crossed for next week.
